M2K Homes works closely with home owners to design and craft space that will be functional but catch the eyes and create a sense warmth and fashion. As a general contractor we can do any style of renovation but some key things your will see here is Kitchens, third floor (Bonus Space) buildouts, bathrooms, and custom saunas.
Bonus Area
The home owner purchased this house with the third floor unfinished. We worked with our designer and architect to utilize 1200 sf space and leave enough room for two storage areas, custom sauna, and a Fairy Room with a portal window. Note - the 14' vaulted ceilings, custom cabinetry and Sonos custom surround sound. To complete this build out, new windows with UV protection and Double Low-e gas was installed.
Beach Condo
Tired of all work and no play? This home owner wanted a condo at the beach. We worked to find an off market condo and strip it down to drywall and subfloors. We removed the popcorn ceiling to give a modern look throughout. The owner wanted new cabinets, doors, trim and lights and we put together a design that brought her to the beach for long weekends or work-at-home get aways.
Bonus Area - In Progress
Here is another home owner that really wanted to convert their third floor from 500 sf of raw storage to usable entertainment space but keep the design of the lower floors in mind. We worked with the home owner to add a bathroom, storage, and large living space. This required some new electrical, plumbing and HAVC to make this space special.
Kitchen Renovation
1014 Oldham Forest Crossing
This owners home was built in 2005 and she wanted to upgrade the kitchen. We worked with the owner to determine she wanted to keep the cabinets but paint them, change appliances, convert the kitchen desk area to an tea space add above and below cabinet multi color lighting and create a corner nook for oils and vinegar, expand the island and installed new countertops.
