At M2K Homes, we understand the importance luxury style and space. The Fort Fisher house has a great second row location at the beach but was small and doesn't have a view of the ocean. We purchased this single story home from a family that needed to sell and it required extensive renovation. We worked with our architects and engineering team to confirm we could add a second story with the third level deck for spectacular views of the ocean. Our team of experts handles everything from the initial design to the final finishes. The kitchen was moved to the second floor, a new master suite as added with a second bedroom and pantry to create an exceptional space for family retreats sleeping 20 people. Finishing with luxury fixtures, a library, recreation room, and an amazing chefs kitchen and space for the family to congregate. This property is current under construction.
